Joel Friedman and Patricia Jerome Stewart, one of the firm's former partners, represent people with claims for Social Security Disability Insurance Benefits (DIB) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) claims. Mr. Friedman and Ms. Stewart have more than 40 years combined experience with Social Security claims, especially at hearings with Administrative Law Judges. Mr. Friedman presents cases to the Social Security Appeals Council, and he has represented hundreds of clients at the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, as well as at the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Friedman sometimes accepts clients for court appeals who did not have a lawyer, or whose lawyer - representative will not or cannot file a court appeal.
